Diderik founded DM Advisory late 2022 when he started working as independent advisor. Before Diderik held roles in Consulting and with large Corporate companies.

Diderik Moerdijk 

Managing Director

​

Diderik is the Managing Director and founder of DM Advisory.

 

He has over 20 years experience in complex project management, M&A and Partnership development. Able to drive acquisitions from strategy to post deal integration. 

 

Having held roles in consulting with Big Four (KPMG, PwC) and Corporate companies, he knows ‘both sides of the table’.   

 

Having worked for clients in across the globe and in diverse industries has given Diderik a rich perspective which he can tap into his service delivery today.

 

The common theme in his career is to build the investment case based on identification of synergies. He is accustomed working with business owners as well as with C-suite, decision making and cross functional project management.

 

With continuous curiosity he switches easily between conceptual analyses to practical impact, while focussed on delivering concrete results.
